For Borg Ship: Push Tab and when 3 yellow blocks appear,click on the first one while pressing shift when you click. If you miss it,click around it while holding down shift button. It will say, "Resistance is Futile." May have to it a few times.
Cardassian Gul-Go to the Cardassian sign and click. Then click the 2nd I believe,yellow box and do it again. It should show it when you proceed. Click the 3rd if the second doesn't work
Dominion Soldier-Click the third box and a Dominion ship should appear.
You should be able to find them except on FlashTrek 3: Delta Quadrant.
Hidden ships in FlashTrek: Broken Mirror (NOT 2,3)
Paso Hidden Dreadnaught-Travel down the of ore stations. When you get to the end,veer right. A clear white dot should appear. Follow it to a disabled starbase and click it. Buy the Dreadnaught. It is equipped with a Transphasic Torpedo,Photon Torpedos and an X-type phaser. It is one of the most powerful ships of the game. Good cargo and weapons.

Jem' Hadar' Dominion Ship: Equipped with Particle Beam,Torpedoes,and Klingon pulse phase. 222222 or so Deuranium.
Sovereign Class-Weaker compared to Dreadnaught but good ship for battles and cargo room. Torpedoes,X-Type Phasers.
Bajoran Wormhole: Go to Bajora. Go northwest until you see a purple dot. When you arrive,the wormhole should open. Enter it. (Click it.) You wil go to a Planet called Dyson. It has a Dyson Sphere for sale (which will make your planet invincible) a Cutting Beam (the most powerful weapon of the game) And a Wormhole generator. Which can transport you anywhere when you build if you set the location.
Pirates haven-In Kardon,travel northeast to till you reach a white dot. Enter it and you'll arrive at pirates Haven/. WARNING! Do not destory the wormhole or let anyone else desttory it! Because you will be trapped! And basically,DO NOT BRING A FLEET! They will destroy it and you will be trapped. Unless you conquer the planet,you will most likely be attacked by them. Unless you happen to be a Borg Ship. You really shouldn't have a reason for going there.
